Brand Research
While the long-term brand strategy is
identified from within the company, we still need to determine
what customers expect from the brand in today's context. We plan,
conduct and analyze research relevant to brands across different
channels. The goal of our research programmers is to understand how
consumers perceive the brand and what impact each of the channels
have upon this perception. By the end of our research programmers,
we deliver a detailed understanding of the customer's value-sets,
their tangible problems, and a list of opportunities that can be
acted on in order to differentiate the customer experience with the
brand. We have conducted research from London to Riyadh to Buenos
Aires. Where English is not used, we partner with local research
agencies to conduct the interviews with customers.
